Educational Placement Service Presents

E.P.S. Founder Distills 30 years of Experience

"Hi, my name is Greg McDougall and I have helped thousands of teachers land the first big break in their careers.

Our proven methods in the “Teachers Interview Preparedness System” has helped a countless number of teachers throughout their interviewing process.

GREGORY A. MCDOUGALL, SR. has spent the last 30 years helping teachers get their start as educators of our nation's children.

In 1973, he opened the first Educational Placement Service (EPS) office in Memphis, Tennessee and soon was personally placing over 100 teachers a year. EPS grew to a national scope, and in 1998, EPS purchased the Philadelphia-based Fisk Teachers Agency, established in 1884, to serve the needs of both public and private school systems.

Mr. McDougall remains the chairman of the board of both organizations and has served three terms as the president of the National Association of Teacher Agencies.

He is the founder of the Colorado Springs All-Star Basketball Association. Featuring all young people in the community as all-stars, this non-profit organization is dedicated to helping over 150 young basketball players to understand how to strive to better their lives.

Before founding EPS, Greg served his country in the Navy on board the USS Patrick Henry, a Polaris Missile Submarine.
